About the Anti-Discrimination Cell (ADC)

The Anti-Discrimination Cell (ADC) of PSF College is established in accordance with UGC and NAAC guidelines to ensure a discrimination-free academic environment.

Objectives

To prevent discrimination in any form within the campus
To promote equality, diversity, and inclusiveness
To create awareness about constitutional rights
To address discrimination-related grievances

Monitoring discriminatory practices
Conducting awareness programmes
Encouraging reporting without fear

About the Anti-Ragging Committee

The Anti-Ragging Committee of PSF College is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) to prevent, prohibit, and eliminate the menace of ragging in all its forms. The Committee ensures a safe, secure, and disciplined campus environment for students.

Objectives

To prevent ragging in any form within the campus
To create awareness about the consequences of ragging
To ensure a safe and fear-free learning environment
To address complaints promptly and impartially

Functions

Monitoring and supervising anti-ragging measures on campus
Conducting awareness programmes and orientation sessions
Displaying anti-ragging notices and helpline information
Taking strict action against offenders as per UGC norms
